In a key’s settings, users with the role of Owner, Administrator or Installer can enable the Keep unlocked feature. Once activated, anyone with the key can keep the locks included in the key unlocked for an extended period – though never longer than the key’s validity. Perfect for events where many people need to enter within a short time.
💡 The person who wants to keep something unlocked must physically be on site and unlock it.
👉 Keep a door, gate or similar unlocked
Go to Keys and press the key you want to enable the feature for.
Under Settings, at Permissions, press Edit.
Enable the feature by toggling Allow the lock to be kept unlocked, then press Save.
