Move closer to the door, gate, or similar. The Parakey app uses Bluetooth to connect and unlock, and something might be blocking the signal.
❗️ If it works when you get closer but not from where you normally can unlock, make an error report to the people responsible for the place.Make sure battery saver mode is turned off. Some phones limit Bluetooth functionality when battery saver is on. Try disabling it and try again.
Turn off and turn on Bluetooth again.
Turn off and restart your phone.
