❗️If the number of users in your subscription has been exceeded, you will see a warning in the dashboard feed: You have exceeded the user limit.
In these cases, you can:
Remove inactive users.
👉 Remove users who don’t have an active key
👉 Remove users who have never signed in
Upgrade with more users. You are welcome to contact Parakey to increase the number of users in your subscription.
Press Contact at the bottom of the menu on the left.
Under Extend subscription, press Additional users and chat with Parakey support to extend your subscription.
❗️You won’t be able to invite additional users until you either remove users or upgrade your subscription.
