Go to Users and press Filter in the top right corner.
Under Filter preset, select the Inactive users filter from the drop-down menu.
This will show all users who:
have not unlocked anything in the past 30 days
and
do not have an active key
och
are not assigned any type of admin role (Owner, Administrator, Guest Manager, App Guest Manager, or Installer)
💡 You can change the number of days since the last unlock or instead choose to display users who have an active key (but haven’t used it in X number of days).
Check the box in the menu bar to select all inactive users on the page.
❗️Note that there may be more users on other pages matching the filter. Press Select all [number] users to include them as well.
Press Remove.
Confirm by pressing Remove in the dialog that opens.
💡 You can choose not to send a notification to users being removed, even if they have an active key.
