What happens if we don’t have an active subscription?

To use the web portal, you need an active subscription that determines which features you can access and how many users you can have.

If you don’t have an active subscription, you can’t fully use the web portal. Without an active subscription, you cannot:

  • Invite new users

  • Send keys

  • Edit your own user information

  • Change user roles

  • Create or edit keys

  • Add or edit locks


Some actions can still be performed without an active subscription. You can always:

  • Remove keys from users

  • Remove users

  • Remove a lock
