Why do I need to activate our subscription?
Before you can start using Parakey and the web portal, you must activate your subscription. This ensures that you donโt pay for the service until you actually need it and start using it. A Parakey sales representative will help you find the subscription that best suits your needs and add it to the system. You only need to confirm that everything looks good and press Go to activation page when youโre ready to get started.
What happens when I activate our subscription?
You can start using the web portal immediately after the subscription is activated.
An invoice will be generated and sent to you using the delivery method you selected.
How can I change our subscription?
If you want to change your subscription โ for example, if you need more users, if your customer details are incorrect, or if you want to switch feature plan โ please contact us via the chat in the bottom right corner of the web portal or by email at [email protected]. Please do not activate the subscription if anything is incorrect โ contact us first so we can help you resolve it.
