Why am I receiving a subscription warning?

On a place’s dashboard feed, you may see a warning if you need to take action regarding your subscription. See details in the article.

Why do I get a warning?

  • No active subscription. If you see a warning saying:"There is no active subscription. You can only invite a limited number of users until you have an active subscription" it means that your place either has no subscription or that the subscription has expired. Please contact Parakey at [email protected]

  • Subscription needs activation. If you see a warning saying: "To continue, you must activate the subscription" it means that a subscription exists for your place, but it hasn’t started yet. You, as an Owner or Administrator, need to activate the subscription.

  • Subscription exceeded. If you see a warning saying:"You have exceeded the limit for…" it means your subscription limit has been exceeded, for example regarding the number of users.
