❗️Important
For the calibration of the handle’s horizontal or vertical home position to be correct, the handle must be installed on the door before calibration is carried out.
There are two options for calibrating the Door Handle: either via the app or by removing and reinserting the battery.
Calibration via the app
❗️You need to have administrative rights or be an Installer at the place to calibrate via the app.
Press the three dots next to the lock’s name.
Then press Tools and Calibrate.
Calibration by removing and reinserting the battery
Screw in, not out, the locking screw on the back of the housing with the included Allen key.
Remove the housing and take out the battery.
Wait 5 seconds and reinsert the battery.
Replace the housing and tighten the locking screw.
