❗️ The user's name is only changed for your place in the web portal – the user will not see the change. In emails sent to the user, the name they have chosen in the app will still be shown.
💡 If your place is part of an organization in Parakey, the name will be changed for all places within the organization.
Go to Users and press the user whose name you want to change.
Under Settings, in the General section, press Edit.
Make the desired changes and press Save.
