💡 The method below is the easiest and most secure way to proceed, ensuring that no users remain in Parakey with previous access.
❗️ However, users’ access will temporarily be removed while you switch the integration and until Nexudus has synced all users with Parakey. If it is very important for you to avoid such an interruption, please contact [email protected] to find an alternative solution.
In Parakey Web Portal
Remove all users who do not have an administrative role.
💡 Tip! Apply a filter to quickly and easily find the right users.
Go to Settings and press Integrations. Remove the integration by pressing the red cross next to Nexudus under Native integrations.
Confirm by pressing Remove in the popup window.
Add the integration again, choosing users should unlock with the Nexudus app.
❗️ Do not close the popup window until you have copied your new Access token and completed the steps in Nexudus (see below).
In Nexudus
Go to Settings, press Show advanced settings, and select Integrations. Then press Parakey.
Paste the Access Token into the fields Webhook bearer and Access groups API Access Token and press Save.
To ensure users’ access is synced immediately, you need to update the access control. Select all customers and press Bulk actions.
Then press Update access control.
Users will be synced and regain access as soon as Nexudus has synced all users with Parakey (for information about the exact time this takes, please contact Nexudus).
