Go to Users and press the user whose phone(s) you want to see.
Under Mobile devices, you’ll see which phones the user has used to unlock and how many unlocks have been made with each phone.
❗️This feature was released on May 21, 2024, and therefore only displays data from that date onward.
Press Show next to a phone to see more details, such as first and latest activity and unlocks in the past 30 days.
💡 If a user has changed phones, you can click the cross next to the old phone to remove its data.
💡In the user list, you can choose to display the number of mobile phones used to unlock at the place by clicking the icon in the top right and checking Mobile phones.
Filter users who have unlocked with multiple phones
To easily find users who use more than a certain number of phones, you can apply a filter.
Go to Users and press Filter.
Under Mobile devices, at More than, enter a number. The user list will automatically update to show users who have unlocked with more than the specified number of phones.
