  1. Go to Users and press Filter in the top right corner.

  2. Filter users by selecting one or more attributes (press an attribute or select from the drop-down menu).

πŸ’‘ You can filter by user role, status, whether the user has an active key or not, number of days inactive, which keys and locks the user has access to, and custom fields.

πŸ‘‰ If you use custom fields and have added specific user information (e.g. company or parking spot), you can easily filter to show all users working at a specific company or who park in a specific spot.

πŸ’‘ The result updates automatically, and applied filters appear below the search field to indicate they are active and affect the result.

πŸ’‘ You can remove a filter by pressing its X icon or by pressing Filter and then Clear all filters.

  3. You can now select the users to perform an action, such as sending them a key, or sort the result by pressing the arrow next to each column title.

Tick the checkbox in the menu bar to select all users on the page that match the selected attributes.

❗️Note: There may be more matching users on other pages. Click Select all [number] users to include them as well.

    Sort the result.
