An introduction to the web portal, where administrators manage who should have access where and when.

The web portal is used to:

  • Manage who has access to which locked space(s)

  • Manage mobile keys and locks

  • View event logs

  • Manage integrations

... and much more!

Sign in

You can find the web portal at web.parakey.co and sign in with your email address and the password you chose when you got invited. The password is the same as the one you use to sign in to the app.

❗ To be able to sign in and administer mobile keys and users, you have been assigned a role with administrative rights.

Different parts of the Web Portal

Here's a quick overview of the different parts of the web portal. When you sign in to the web portal, you'll be automatically guided through it with a range of different tips and tricks.

Dashboard

Here you get an overview of what's happening at this place as well as a feed highlighting tasks that need to be handled, such as battery replacements.

Sub places

Here you can see sub places as well as places that you share locks with⁠⁠.

Users

In this view you find all users at the place. From here you can easily; add and remove users, manage roles and custom fields with additional information.

Keys

Create and manage keys that can unlock one or more locks and be sent to multiple users. Keys are a synonym for, for example, authorization group and access group in traditional access systems.

In this view you see all the locks at the place. Here you can, among other things; add, share and remove locks, change names and schedule automatic unlocking.

Schedules

Create and view schedules for restricting keys as well as scheduled unlocks.

View event and admin logs; who passed where and who sent which key to whom.

Settings

General settings for the place as well as connections to integrations.
