Why do I need to activate our license?
Before you can start using Parakey and the web portal, you must activate your license. This ensures that you don’t pay for the service until you actually need it and start using it. A Parakey sales representative will help you find the license that best suits your needs and add it to the system. You only need to confirm that everything looks good and press Go to activation page* when you’re ready to get started.
What happens when I activate our license?
You can start using the web portal immediately after the license is activated.
An invoice will be generated and sent to you using the delivery method you selected.
How can I change our license?
If you want to change your license – for example, if you need more users, if your customer details are incorrect, or if you want to switch feature plan – please contact us via the chat in the bottom right corner of the web portal or by email at [email protected]. Please do not activate the license if anything is incorrect – contact us first so we can help you resolve it.
