Manage administrative permissions

Learn how to assign a user as an owner, installer, or another type of administrator for a place.

❗️A user can only have one role in the portal, but a place can have multiple users with the same role.

  1. Go to Users and press the user you want to assign administrative permissions to.
    ​

  2. Next to Role, press Edit.
    ​

  3. Press the role you want to assign to the user.
    ​

  4. Then press Save.
    ​

We recommend being cautious when assigning roles – if a user is only going to help invite new users, the Guest Manager role is sufficient.
