Ensure that you have administrator or installer permissions as well as a valid key for the device in which you want to replace the battery.
❗️Please note that the battery estimation shown in the Parakey Web Portal is based on the specific battery Panasonic CR2 Industrial Lithium (for Cylinder). Using batteries from other manufacturers may affect the estimation and performance.
💡Security rosette installed?
If a security rosette is installed, you first need to separate the cylinder attachment (see how to do this via the link) before proceeding with the battery replacement instructions below.
💡 Tip when the cylinder is taken out (separated from the cylinder attachment): Have an extra cylinder attachment that you can place on the cylinder for a better grip when removing the cylinder cover.
Press the three dots to the right of the device name.
Then press Replace battery and follow the instructions in the app. (See recommended batteries).
