You cannot create an account yourself – you need to be invited to a place where Parakey is used in order to log in. If you’re having trouble logging in, we recommend going through the following checklist:
Is this your first time logging in? If so, open the invitation email on your phone and follow the instructions to get started.
Haven’t received an invitation? 👉 I haven’t received any login credentials. Or contact the person responsible at the place you’re trying to access, to make sure they’ve invited you using the correct email address.
Have you entered the correct email and password? Double-check for typos. You can also always reset your password.
Are you using the latest app version? In some cases, you may need to update the app in order to log in. If you receive an error message saying your app version is too old, you must update it to continue. Do this by searching for the Parakey app in the App Store or Google Play and press Update.
Are you connected to the internet? Make sure you have internet access and that mobile data is enabled for the Parakey app in your device settings.
If you’ve gone through the checklist and still can’t log in, contact the person who invited you and ask them to resend the invitation.
