I have not received the invitation email

Follow these steps if you haven’t received your invitation email.

If you haven’t received any invitation email

  1. Have a look in your Spam folder to make sure that the invitation email hasn't been identified as spam by mistake.

  2. If you still can't find the email, please contact the person or place that invited you to make sure they entered the correct email address. People are human and sometimes a spelling mistake occurs.

  3. Wait a few minutes, even if emails are digital. Sometimes it can take a few minutes before the mail arrives.

If you still can’t find your invitation

  1. Download the Parakey app from your app store.

  2. Start the Parakey app.

  3. Press Need help to sign in?

  4. Then press Missing sign in credentials and enter your email address.

You will then receive an email with instructions on how to choose a password and get started with Parakey. If you still haven’t received an email after a few minutes, follow the same steps again and a simpler version of the email will be sent instead.
