Through an integration between Nexudus and Parakey, your key management is put on complete autopilot. When booking a room, resource, or purchasing a pass*, the user automatically receives a mobile key.
*E.g., day pass or monthly pass.

In Parakey Web Portal
Follow steps 1-4 in the article on how to specify which keys integrations have access to manage.
Then go to Settings and press Integrations.
Under Native Integrations, press Add.
Select Nexudus.
A new box appears with information needed to complete the connection in Nexudus Dashboard. Copy all values to the corresponding fields in Nexudus (see below) and then press Done.

In Nexudus
In Nexudus, go to Settings (the gear icon).
Then press Show advanced settings on the right.
Select Integrations from the list.
Press Custom ACS (Access Control System).
Turn on Enable Custom ACS integration.
Paste the information generated in the Parakey Web Portal into the corresponding fields (step 5 in the section above) and then press Save.
Further down on the same page, you can now link your Nexudus resources* (rooms or passes) with keys in Parakey. Finally, press Save.
*Created separately in Nexudus
❗️Ensure that you add keys without time restrictions in Nexudus. The keys must not have a start or end date.
❗️The integration only applies to new bookings made after the integration has been activated. If you have existing users or bookings, we recommend contacting Nexudus for further instructions on how to transfer these.
