๐Ÿ’ก The columns on the Users, Keys, and Locks pages can be customized to give you the overview you need.

How to customize which columns are shown

  1. Go to Users, Keys, or Locks and click the icon on the right.

  2. Check the boxes for the columns you want to see in the table. Uncheck the ones you donโ€™t want to see. The table updates automatically.

๐Ÿ’ก Users: Here you can choose to display, for example, the user's role, email address in a separate column, status (whether the user has never unlocked anything, never logged in, or has an issue with their email), when the user was last active (place user), last updated or invited, as well as custom fields.

๐Ÿ’ก Keys: Choose to display, for example, key status, number of locks, validity period, whether the key has an active schedule, can be used via integration, can be held unlocked, when the keys were created or updated, etc.

๐Ÿ’ก Locks: Choose to see if a lock has an active schedule, when it was created and by whom, how many places the lock is shared with, what type of Parakey device it is, etc.
