Door Handle - Successful unlock in app but handle does not "engage"

For Parakey Door Handle to operate the lock, the installation and mounting of the handle must be carried out correctly.

If a user manages to unlock the Door Handle via the Parakey app but the handle remains "disengaged" and cannot operate the lock, it is highly likely that the spindle was incorrectly mounted during installation.

Follow the installation instructions for Parakey Door Handle and ensure that the spindle is securely fixed in the handle.
