Connect Parakey and Agendo

Agendo is a booking system with a ready-made integration with Parakey. Here’s how to enable and use it for your place.

In Parakey Web Portal

  1. Go to Settings, then Integrations.
    ​

  2. Under Partner Integrations, press Add.
    ​

    ​

  3. Enter the following Application ID: hiv5m2umYS and press Add. Agendo will automatically be notified that the integration has been added to your place and will complete the setup.
    ​

  4. Create a key that will be managed by the integration.
    ​

    1. In the Time Restrictions step, choose Individual time restriction for each user.
      ​
      💡 The time restriction is instead controlled by the booking.
      ​

  5. Ensure that the key is enabled for API integration.
    ​
    ❗️Only keys enabled for API use will appear in Agendo.
    ​

In Agendo

  1. Once Agendo has completed the integration, you can find it under Integrations in Agendo.
    ​

  2. Press the integration, then Keys to view the keys managed by the integration.
    ​

  3. Press a key to link it to one or more of your booking services that the key should grant access to during the booked time.
    ​
    💡You can also specify how many minutes before and after the booking the key should be valid.
    ​

  4. Then press Save.
    ​
