Why am I receiving a license warning?

On a place’s dashboard feed, you may see a warning if you need to take action regarding your license. See details in the article.

Why do I get a warning?

  • No active license. If you see a warning saying:"There is no active license. You can only invite a limited number of users until you have an active license" it means that your place either has no license or that the license has expired. Please contact Parakey at [email protected]

  • License needs activation. If you see a warning saying: "To continue, you must activate the license" it means that a license exists for your place, but it hasn’t started yet. You, as an Owner or Administrator, need to activate the license.

    👉 How do I activate our license?

  • License exceeded. If you see a warning saying:"You have exceeded the limit for…" it means your license limit has been exceeded, for example regarding the number of users.
