Let tenants and contractors in the commercial property manage access for their own staff - create sub places and delegate administration.

  • Maintain control and complete event logs for sub places.

  • Set restrictions for the maximum number of users a sub place can invite.

❗️ To create a sub place, you need to activate the feature by contacting [email protected]

  1. Go to Sub places and press Create.

❗️If you are an administrator for multiple places: ensure that you are managing the right place.

  2. Make the following settings for the sub place:

    • Enter name and any details for the place.

💡 The details are visible in the portal and also searchable to quickly find the right place.

    • Categorize the place. E.g. as office, coworking or property.

  3. Then press Next.

  4. Specify how many users the sub place has the right to invite or select Unlimited number of users if there should be no limit.

❗️ All users that a sub place invites count towards the total number of users in your license.

  5. Choose if the sub place should be able to have sub places and then press Next.

  6. Add administrators for the sub place by:

    • Entering their email address.

    • Choosing which role they should have.

💡You can also add additional information about the user by pressing the "Edit" icon.

💡If you are to be the Owner of the place, press Add myself as Owner.

💡 Press Add user to add more administrators.

  7. Press Next when all administrators are added.

  8. Select the locks you want to share with the sub place by pressing them.

  9. Then press Create.

💡 An email invitation is sent to the sub place's administrator(s) who can now start distributing access to the locks you've shared.
