Why is our place locked down?
Your place may be locked down for one of the following reasons:
If you have a standalone place, an administrator may have locked it down under Place settings.
If your place is a sub place in an organization, an organization administrator may have locked it down.
The place was automatically locked down due to an unpaid license fee.
What happens when a place is locked down?
All keys created for the place will stop working.
💡 Any API integrations can still issue new keys.
💡 Keys will start working again as soon as the place is no longer locked down.
When users try to unlock, they will see a warning in the app stating they no longer have access.
If the place is locked down by an administrator, it can still be administered as usual.
Locks shared from a locked-down place to a place that is not locked down will continue to work as normal via the keys on the receiving place.
What can I do?
If your place is standalone (not a sub place), you can go to Place settings and deactivate the lockdown under Lock down place.
💡 If your place is a sub place in an organization, you’ll need to contact the responsible organization administrators.Contact [email protected] for further assistance.
