Create your own fields to add tailored information about users – e.g., company or parking space.

πŸ’‘ Custom fields replace the feature previously called tags in the old web portal.

Custom fields allow you to add custom information about users at your place. This can be apartment number, parking space, company, department, or membership number – information you can later use when filtering or searching for users.

How to create custom fields

  1. Go to Settings and press Custom fields in the menu.
    ​

  2. Under User fields, press Create.
    ​

  3. Name the new field and press Save.

    πŸ’‘If you have sub-places, you’ll also see an option to add the new field to all sub-places, which means the same field will be visible on each of them.
