Create a CSV file
To upload an entire document for import, you need to save it as a CSV file β a file where each column is separated by a comma.
Open the document in Excel.
ββοΈ One email address per row.
βπ‘ You can also include users' first and last names by adding them in separate columns on the same row as the user's email address β see the example below.
π If you use Custom fields you can also import custom user information, such as Company or Parking spot.
βChoose Save as.
βIn the File format dropdown, select Comma Separated Values (.csv).
βPress Save.

Import users
Go to Users and press Import.
βYou can choose to:
βUpload your CSV file.
βπ‘You can also upload TSV or TXT files.
βPaste an entire column from Excel, for example.
βπ‘You can also paste multiple columns with user information, such as first and last names, as long as they are on the same row as the email address.
βπ‘If you only want to import email addresses, you can either paste a comma-separated list (e.g., [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) or enter one email address per row.

Then press Next.
βSpecify what each column should be imported as, whether you want to schedule when the user can start using their account at your place, and whether you want to send keys to the users immediately.
βπ‘ You can e.g., import a column as first name, last name, or a custom field.
βThen press Import.
βThe users will be imported. If you chose to send keys to the new users right away, select the key(s) to send. Then press Next.
βSpecify when the key(s) should be valid for the new users. Then press Send key.
