Press the three dots in the top right corner, then press Places. Here, you can find all the places you have access to.
Press a place’s name and then press Received keys to see which keys you have to the place.
💡 If you are signed in with multiple accounts that have access to the place, you need to choose which account you want to view details for.
Press a key’s name to see which locks it can open.
💡 Tip! If you’ve booked a class and received a time-restricted key, it’s a good idea to verify that the key is in the app before you go to the class. If it’s not, contact the people in charge at the place and ask them to send you a key before you go.
It says I don't have any access?
If you don’t have access to any places, a message saying ‘No places to show’ will appear when you navigate to Places. If you think you should have access, you need to contact the people in charge at the place where you want to get in and ask them to send out a key to you.
