There are two common reasons why the app shows a successful unlock, but the door doesn’t open:
You pressed the wrong door in the app (common when you're near several doors you have access to).
The door lock is broken or incorrectly wired.
Troubleshooting
Make sure you select the correct door in the app.
Contact the person responsible at the place and report that the door lock may be broken or incorrectly wired.
