⬆️ This feature is available in the “Plus” pricing plan. Contact [email protected] if you want to learn more or upgrade.

The warning appears in the activity feed on your place’s dashboard. A weekly summary of all warnings for the place is also sent via email.

Activate warnings for account sharing

  1. Go to Settings and then Security.

  2. Activate Account sharing warning.

💡 You can set how many used phones must be exceeded to trigger a warning, and disable the email alert by pressing Edit.

💡 If the setting to automatically remove unused* phones is active (it is by default), this will happen after the same number of days that personal data is stored in logs. When that happens, the warning will also be removed. You’ll find this setting under Settings > Place settings > Logging.

*An unused phone is one that hasn’t been used to unlock within the selected number of days.
