Ensure that the handle is in its horizontal (or vertical) origin position.
If the handle is in its origin position and the issue persists, the handle’s origin position needs to be calibrated.
Door Handle – Cannot be unlocked when handle is pressed down
Parakey Door Handle can only be unlocked when the handle is in its horizontal or vertical origin position.
