Tip - Don’t lose the button
The red button can be easy to lose. A good tip is to place tape over the button to keep it in place when removing the post.
Instructions
Ensure that the battery is not inserted.
Unscrew the screws holding the post in place.
Remove the post.
Remove the deadbolt, rotate it 180 degrees, and reinsert it. NOTE: Make sure the bolt hooks into the catch marked in red in the image below.
Rotate the latch 180 degrees.
Reinstall the post. NOTE: Do not overtighten the screws, as this may cause the motor inside the lock case to work harder.
Screw back the screws securing the post. Done!
